DOUBLE PNEUMATIC ROLLERMILL

Pneumatic Roller Mill has been used for rough and fine milling of the cleaned product. Double Pneumatic Roller Mill has realized the milling process by four pairs of mill ball placed in parallel to each others, which can be flat or notched depending on the properties of the material to be ground, have different diameters. There are two milling process in sequence without being ant intermediate process. Ground product between mill balls with wider calibration has been ground between the ones with finer calibration; consequently, finer milling has been obtained compared to the normal milling. The product taken into the machine from glass inlet nozzle has been distributed homogenously between grinder mill balls turning against each others, in order to be ground by means of roller for grains. As soon as the product is introduced to the glass inlet nozzle, because of generated stimulatory power, mill balls approach to each other, rollers for grains act as well and provides to be kept of the material in the same level; in case of being consumed of the product completely, mill balls part from each other by pushing power of air cylinder and the baffle for grains is completely closed. Product circulation between Roller Mills and Quadrate Plan Sifter continues until achieved to the desirable result.

The chassis of the Roller Mill has been manufactured from the platinum with high tensile strength.
Automatic control is active.
Protecting cover can be easily opened and closed.
Dust eliminator materials have been used in internal parts of the machine.
The arm of mill balls has been manufactured according to the conical roller bearing, which can be fixed without sleeve. Mill balls have long life.
Special air circulation provides the product's not leaving out the mills surface and the ball's cooling down machines.
At he efficiency above 65 %, less ash rate can be obtained.
It is more economic thanks to the screening area, reducing of air requirement by 12% and material and energy saving resulting from these ones.
In all systems, 6.5 % of saving is obtained.
