PNEUMATIC CYCLONE
| Pneumatic Cyclones Group is the transport system, which moves the grain materiales with air flow. Thanks to the pipes materials are conveyed in Pneumatic Cyclone. This machine represent a steel construction in the shape of pointed cone. The product, which gathers in the bottom of the cone part of machine, falls to the next lower unite thanks to the gravitation power or conveys outside with Screw Conveyor. The machines design allows to keep minimum the level of the airloss in the process of devision of air and the product.
- It decomposes the air and flour, slows down the flour speed and prevents powder in the pneumatic system. - It is designed to keep the air loss of the system in minimum during the operation. - Cyclone is made of steel sheet and air lock is consist of a cast trunk. |
