GRAIN SEPERATOR
| Grain separator is the unavoidable element of the cleaning system in flour and semolina factories and seed cleaning plants. In addition to that, it has been used in all sort of leguminous plants as classifier. It has been used for separating operation from the impurities, which are different from the base line of the cereal. In the machine manufactured from complete steel construction, there are two screens designed including adjustable vibration and slope. While the product to upper screen of the machine is falling down from the round holes in large diameter, leaving rough products on it, when it reaches the second screen, small particles are screened and product is transferred into the air channel.
- There is a sight glass. - In order to prevent from plugging the screens, rubber balls are placed. - Slopes and vibration of the screen can be adjusted thanks to the weights. - Because vibrate motors is directly mounted on the machine, problematic elements such as belt, pulley, hanger rod have not been used. - Screen cases can be easily replaced. |
