BUCKET ELEVATOR

Bucket elevator that provides vertically to transport the cereal products in cereal cleaning and milling systems consists of lower and upper heads, wide belt conveyor rotating in its pipe and buckets on it. Except bucket connection belt, all components of the elevator have been manufactured from steel construction.
- Lower and upper heads have a bolted assembling feature, which can be fully parted from each other, when necessary. - Upper covers are portable and can be used in any direction. - Product flow can be controlled from head and the window on its legs. - The movement of the belt of bucket is provided by means of reducer-motor, chain and its gear or coupling. - The selection of the reducer has been carried out according to the capacity and height of the elevators.  |
