SCREW CONVEYOR
| Screw Conveyer has been used for transporting the product horizontally in flour factories. This machine usually transports the products in grains horizontally, vertically, in right and left turning. Spirals which are twice more economical than elevator are consisted of a screw rotating in the pipe, there is a cover on them. While changing the spiral dimensions according to the capacity of the factory, various spirals have been manufactured to put the obtained flour under the screen according to the number of their sorts as double or triple screwed. Double or triple screwed spirals transport the dusty products such as flour and bran horizontally, vertically, in right and left turning.
- It is the most common system used in the horizontal corvey of the wheat, bean, etc, materials. - The helix leaves are standardly taken. - It is produced as portable to give in onder to give easiness in the transport and mounting phases. - Two different spiral sheets are used according to using purposes: if it is only for transferring, full spirals are used. But if various types of wheat are to be mixed and transferred in spiral, butterfly spiral sheets are used. The transfer period of the product from one end to another can be changed by adjusting the angles of butterfly spiral sheets. |
