SQUARE TYPE PLANSIFTER
| Square shaped Plan Sifters have been used for the operation of classifying, separating according to the type and properties the by products forming during rough and fine milling of cereal grains in flour factories. Into the cupboard with steel construction forming the main frame of the machine, Sifter cases realizing original screening function with different calibration have been placed. With weight group borne from the gravity center and lower and upper parts, thanks to the frame swung from the center and screen cases in each passage existing in the frame, classification of ground material has been made cleanly and orderly.
- In limited areas, milling operations have been implemented with high capacity. - Into each passage, Sister Cases are placed up to 28 pieces. - In order to prevent from plugging the screen surfaces, cleaning material has been placed. - Driving motor is fully unmemorable connected with the chassis. Motor bearings can be easily assembled and disassembled. - Thanks to the different types of hanger connections, it is possible to work at minimum floor heights. |
