| - It is operated with aluminum Injection reducer at 0.37 & 0,55 Kw power, from 14 rpm up to 150 rpm. - 71 type GAMAK or WAT brand electric motors can be used with the machine. - The Speed control device is Telemecanique Altivar ATV 28HU09M2. - Telemecanique and Merlin Ger products are used with the electric systems. - The Speed Control Device and electric equipment are in the panel with polyester glass. By means of the hot air discharging tunnel which is installed in the panel, the heating of the panel is avoided. - In addition to the motor body, Common Wealth 220 V 2800 rpm cooling fan is used. This fan continuously cools the electric motor even in the lower revolutions as it is operated independently from the motor. - The 8-arm (8 breakers) mixer and scraper pallet provide the material flow steadily with the cycle in correct proportion as it feeds the screw during the operation. - The additives can be fed from 1 gram up to 1630 grams in a minute by adjusting the Electronic Speed Control device and motor cycle (frequency) and selecting the suitable Reducer cycle and carrier screw pitch. - The additional reservoir of the machine is optional; and its size can be changed as per the request. - It can determine the level of the material through the sight glass on the reservoir. - The carrier screw is made of polyamide, semi-polyamide, metal coated with nickel or aluminum as per the request. It has the opportunity to operate with the carrier screw variations having 7 different pitches (10-12-16-24-30-40-52-72-90). - The surface of the machine contacting the product is coated with chrome-nickel. - The machine is designed in the way not to harm the human health and environment. - The empty weights of the machine; 66 Kg - 73.5 Kg - The machine is guaranteed against the production and construction defects for 1 year. |
